I took the SAT in January this year and scored as follows -

Math - 740
CR - 590
Writing - 680
Total = 2010

I took the SAT again in October and scored -

Math - 730
CR - 680
Writing - 720
Total = 2130

Superscoring would get it to 2140.
I am aiming for the ivies, and from what I have read in the forums, 2140 is a bad score for the ivies (HYPS). I can get an 800 in Math but I think I can't raise my scores in CR or writing (+/- 20) in the next attempt if I give one. What do you guys recommend? Is increasing the score from 2140 to 2200 worth an attempt? I dont really want to miss out because of my poor SAT score :(

Also, can I cover up for my average score in math by scoring an 800 in Math II SAT Subject Test? Also, I have a 113 TOEFL. Would that help me from not taking the SAT again? I think think taking the SAT three times would hurt my application. Please advise!
