Please chance me for these universities

I am a US permanent resident living abroad willing to apply at the following universities for spring 14 session for computer science major:

Purdue West Lafayette
SUNY Stony Brook
University of Washington
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Rutgers University

I have an SAT score of 2030 (Math-740, CR-580, writing-710). I havent taken my SAT II yet but expect the scores to be quite good (maybe something in the range of 1570-1600 out of 1600, with 770-800 on math level 2). My IGCSE O Level (i.e. 10th grade) results are as follows:

Physics- A*
Chemistry- A*
Mathematics Syllabus B- A* (98% marks)
Further Pure Mathematics- A* (99% marks)
Bengali- A*
Economics- A
Accounting- A
English Language- B

Expected GCE A Level (i.e. 11th and 12th grade)results are as follows:

Accounting- A*
Mathematics- A*
Physics- A
Chemistry- A

Extra Curriculars are not that strong though. They include guitar and photography and apart from that I was member of several clubs in my high school, including the community service club, green club and astronomy club. I have also done volunteer works in community service. And I have basic computer programming knowledge as well (completed CS101 course online at Udacity and received a certificate for that). Do you think I have a chance of being accepted at the universities listed above? I am really anxious and would really appreciate it if someone chanced me for these universities separately.

Here GPA is assumed to be computed with O-levels and A-levels, with A-levels being weighted.

Purdue: Low match
Rutgers: Safety (ECs don’t hold that much weight)
UWA: Low match (if full-pay)
Stony Brook: Safety
RPI: Low match

If you want to aim higher, try UIUC…

Thanks a lot for your reply, but I am not really familiar with the terms “safety” and “low match”. Would you please elaborate?

A safety is a school where your chances of getting in are best. A low match is slightly harder but acceptance chances are still pretty good.
