Please chance me for the schools (Reach/Target/Saftey or percentages please): Georgetown, UPENN, Cornell, Duke, Notre Dame, UVA, Villanova, northwestern, Carnegie Mellon, Tufts, Wake Forest,BC, BU, Northeastern, NYU Stern, Fordham

I think you can get into UPenn if you apply ED. Honestly, as long as you have strong essays, I think you’ll have a pretty good shot at all of the colleges on your list.

You specifically listed NYU Stern, does that mean you want to know the chances of getting into Wharton at Penn or Mendoza at Notre Dame? I’ve heard that it’s definitely harder to get into Wharton than it is to get into Penn for other areas of study. Same goes for Mendoza at Notre Dame.

I think you have a decent chance of getting into even the most selective schools on your list if you are applying to them EA or ED. If you are applying to them as RD it really is a crap shoot. You have good enough stats and EC’s to put you into the discussion, but ultimately it’s just a lot harder the RD route.
