Your SAT score is pretty low for Wash U, and your lack of ECs will be of concern for Wash U and probably NYU as well. If you spend this summer ramping up your involvement in ECs related to your intended major, and perhaps retake the SAT to get at least 1450, I would say you have a decent shot at most of these schools (Wash U is still a bit of a reach though).
