Please give me an advice...

Hi, I'm a current senior and I applied Cornell University.
Yesterday during seraching Cornell website I found "Overnight visit program."
I was really happy that Cornell offers that kind of opportunity to visit campus...

However... there is a problem to get Cornell... If I want to go there, I need to reserve airticket, limousine......I mean it costs so much (about max $350 include transportation, food, etc.)

At one point, if I participate that program, it gives me a more certainty about cornell...for example, how Cornell campus looks like, how dormitories will be, what Cornell classes will be...........etc. and if I get acceptance from Cornell, I don't have to visit again.

At the other point, now I don't know whether I can be accepted Cornell or not, but unfortunately if I would be rejected from Corenll, visiting with "cost $350" is extremely not worthy or isn't helpful yet all.....

I cannot decide to go or not to go :-(

If the program is kind of property of admission or it gives a little bit more extra points to the admission process....I think joining this program is not that bad.....but.....just I can't decide!!!

please give me an detail advice~!

Thank you

You should wait until the acceptances come out. Then, if you are accepted, you can visit during Cornell Days in early April and do an overnight at that time.
