Please help me select schools!

I live in California, and I'm primarily looking at the UCs. I'm planning on majoring in Chemical or Electrical Engineering, and maybe a minor in film. Any recommendations based on my stats?

Here they are:

3.869 UW 4.43 W
I have been considered for ELC. I am ranked 54/654 but that's only considering UW GPA, and I have one of the higher weighted GPAs in my class considering I was one of only 4 students taking 4 APs their junior year. (We only have 14 APs total in our school)

SAT:
2140 on second try
800 Math
630 Critical Reading
710 Writing

First try was 2060
800 Math
570 Critical Reading
690 Writing

Subject Tests
700 World History
770 Math II
630 Physics (Didn't have enough time to study, I wont send this score in)
I need to taker either Physics or Chemistry in the fall

President and founder of an anti-genocide chapter of STAND, which is a national student run organization. It is the first one in our whole area, so it'll be very community based.
Already raised $700 for the Genocide Intervention Network in 3 days. I will be working on community events and will raise another $1000 or so in September-December. I'll write my personal statement on this.

"You should re-post with a catchy but useful title, under the college search forum, and I’ll bet you get more responses. "

Ok, so maybe not…

You mention the UCs and I would definitely go for them. You can just check a box for adding campuses…I would absolutely consider Cal Poly considering that you are looking at engineering.
