Hi, I really need some good advice...
My first choice school is UPenn, and I want to apply early decision, but am scared that my SATs will hold me back. Right now I have 570 writing, 650 math, and 610 verbal. I think I can get a higher score if I retake the SATs, but I still have to take the SATIIs, and then I won't have time to take the SATIs again if I apply early decision.

My GPA is 4.11 right now, will probably rise to 4.2, ranked 1st in class (out of about 350, and I'm the only one ranked 1st).
I am a minority (vietnamese) I'm taking classes at the University of Oregon, focusing on business. I will have my business administration minor requirements completed by the time I'm done with high school. I'm the FBLA co-president for two years, NHS officer, and will join DECA. I have a 4.15 at the University of Oregon, and have 20 credits. I also volunteer about 8 hours a week and work 30 hours a week.

What are my chances? Should I apply regular admissions to take my SATs again? I would really rather not, but if I have NO chance of getting in based on my SAT scores now, then I guess I'll have to.
Thanks in advance.
