any ideas on what to get an 18 yr old guy for his birthday from his gf?

:)....................................

Oh yeah you know good and darn well what to give him. :D

lol oh come on i meant something i could buy...like a watch...etc.

Well what kind of things is she interesting in?

(Better reply fast for help because this thread will prob. get deleted soon)

Video games?...

Hmmm.... just reading the replies, you can tell who's a guy, and who's not.

Also, I have no clue. Give him a foot massage?

A watch would be nice.

nice leather wallet? haha what does he like? and how long have you been dating him?

Video/computer game (if he was my son). FOOD--my son loves all edibles. Tickets for 2 to a concert or play or sporting event he enjoys.

A Remington 870.

what do you all think of a watch like this http://www.worldofwatches.com/detail.asp?Sn=473747577&dept_id=102&pf_id=30907&pageno=2&special=&watchsp=

idk what do guys think about these brands for wathces....any input on any of the following would be great since i dont know too much about watches or what kinds guys like....bulova, kenneth cole, micheal kors, fossil, skagen

thanks

I would choose Seiko/Kenneth Cole. Skagen if he has capricious tastes. Bulova is decent too. Fossil is a bit juvenile for 18 year olds. My $0.02.

Hmm... I'm sure he'd like this one (http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?ProdID=11098851).

..but he'll think you're cheap if you don't buy the $150 box, too..:)

Actually, there are a growing number of folks who don't use or look at watches these days (everything is on the cell phone). My kids are among them, including my 18-year-old son.

How about a great iPod or accessories for the iPod? Noise-cancelling headphones? My 18-year-old has been looking for a great pair of nose-cancelling headphones for a LONG time now.

Just wanted to say this, but I don't think an 18 year old girl would like some headphones. I doubt she'd appreciate them. She might on the outside, but deep down inside they're going back to the store for a refund.

The GF is shopping for a gift for her 18-year-old Boyfriend (you have the genders reversed). I agree the GF wouldn't be as thrilled with the headphones, but do know it is my son's fondest wish & he's an 18-year-old boy.

my iPod headphones broke..i'd totally appreciate new ones, if anyone is interested :)

how about something homemade? Like a scrapbook that has all the pictures of you guys or a cd of all his favorite songs? Too corny? If it's a romantic guy then cook him something if you know how. A sporty guy then buy him a ticket to his favorite baseball game or basketball game. For a nerdy guy, may be a book?
