Please help! Scores already sent!

So I understand now that you should never send an SAT or ACT score before you know what it is, but I didn't know that a few months ago so I agreed to have my SAT scores sent to Notre Dame for free before taking the test. The first time I took the SAT, I got a 2110, retook it and got a 2000 (sucks I know). Then I took the ACT (the one given at schools in Colorado) and got a 33. I think the 33 is up to par with ND standards, but I know my two SAT scores are not. Under "Evaluation Criteria" the Notre Dame admissions site says, "If you take both the SAT and ACT we will compare the scores and assess the higher of the two. Thus, it is a good idea to take both tests and to take them more than once." This isn't very comforting, however, because I know that if they've been sent, my poor SAT scores will certainly be seen and that doesn't help my chances of being admitted EA.
My questions are:
~ Will Notre Dame actually ignore my SAT scores and only assess my ACT or will my chances be hurt by having the SAT scores already sent?
~ Should I only report my ACT on the CommonApp or should I just report the SAT scores too if they've already been sent?

So, I’m dealing with a similar issue. I took two SAT’s before the Oct 6 test and actually did worse on the second one by like 10 points. I just sent my scores because CB said it was free. As far as I can tell though, it shouldn’t affect our admissions decision. I think ND only looks at the superscore when looking at your application. I think they only care about the best that you have to offer. Hope to see you in the Class of 2017! :)

I find it very annoying that the CB lets you send 4 scores for free as long as you choose them before you know your score. After you know your score, they make you pay. Also, when we signed DD up for the SAT2 we originally chose schools to receive them but then decided, before the test, to just not send them anywhere (til we knew what they were). Went online before the test, removed the scores being sent, and got confirmation–but then they still sent them anyway!
