Please Help. Trouble Deciding between Seton Hall/NJIT

Hey guys, just asking for a minute of your time and give me some feedback on which school to select.

Out of all the grad programs I got accepted into, I have narrowed down the choices to Seton Hall or New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Fast Facts:
Graduated in 5/2009
Admitted to Seton Hall's MBA program (management information systems concentration)
Admitted to NJIT's MS in Management program (management information systems concentration)
Seton Hall: I like the prestige, and I genuinely prefer to go to this school. However, it is way too expensive. ($45,000).
NJIT: I dont like the location (bad section of Newark apparently), i dont like the campus. However, the tuition is really cheap ($12000). Also, the MS in Management program is only 1 year (as opposed to SH's 2 years)..and they offer you the chance to earn both a MBA AND MS degree in 2 years.

If any of you can give any feedback based on your own experiences or knowledge of these programs..it would be more than appreciated.

Well:

NJIT: One year - Total Cost: $12,000

OR

NJIT: Two years for MS/MBA - Total Cost: $24,000

OR

Seton Hall: Two years for one degree - Total Cost: $90,000

Seems like a pretty reasonable choice to pick the program that will put you least in debt and give you the most degrees. NJIT may be in a bad location, but I think you can suck it up for one year and get an education that will increase your salary. After you get an MBA, you can consider going to Seton Hall for a higher degree when you have gained enough money for it.
