PLEASE HELP: UCLA--What are my chances?

<p>I would REALLY appreciate some insight on what my chances as a transfer student to UCLA are as a Communications major. I started off rocky but that was back in 2005 and since I went back to CC last year I have maintained a 4.0. I am planning on applying for transfer this fall...here is what my official transcript looks like: </p>

<p>I would really appreciate any advice or any sort of response to how I might be viewed by admissions at UCLA. Thank you in advance!
