Is it easier to get into Undecided major than pre-business my sat score is 1810(680m,520cr,610w). I know the busniess school is very difficult to get it as a direct admit. So If i get into the university but I’m not able to get into the business school I would like to do econ. I heard econ major is open and it is easy to transfer to econ from undecided so can anyone tell me which should I apply for. undecided or pre-busniess. Which one is easier to get into??? I really want to join UW madison.

Major declaration doesn’t matter for admission decisions. But call or email now or when you are admitted to switch to pre-business so that you get in the right group for summer orientation and registration.
Ditto the above. You get into the university as a whole regardless of your proposed major. The reason to declare one is for SOAR- summer advising.
