I have been admitted to all of them and i am an international student and so all of them will cost the same.
I want to pursue Electrical engineering (undergrad)
Can i get your inputs.
i am really confused.
Thank You

Which of these places is most likely to get you a job in your home country after you graduate? Talk with employers there, and find out if they think there is any difference.

You may want to check the costs of attendance again, as it appears that NCSU and VT are significantly less expensive than the others (though international student costs will generally be higher due to greater travel and other expenses).

Cost is almost the same.
If I go by rankings purdue seems to be the best bet.
But should one solely decide on the basis of the rankings?
What other factors should be taken into account?
Plus purdue would be a lot quieter I have heard.

As an international applicant, the single most important factor is the one I mentioned above. You cannot count on being able to stay here after graduation. You need to be able to get a job in your home country, or in some other country that is not the US.

If all of these are treated the same by potential employers in your country, then you can choose based on cost, location, weather, etc. It is perfectly fine for you to contact the International Student Office at each university and ask if they can put you in touch with someone from your country or your part of the world, so that you can ask specifically about living and studying in that place.

When you do your cost analysis, use the estimated Cost of Attendance for International Students. This is posted on each institution’s website. Even if the tuition and fees are the same, housing and meals may be very different. You also need to consider what your housing costs would be like if you live off campus instead of in the dorms. For ideas on those costs, you need information from people who are already at that university. Don’t forget to check out travel costs to and from your home two or three times each year. Some of these are much more difficult to get to than others, which can make the trip more expensive.
