Some of the most important realizations in life come from the most unexpected sources. My experience last summer working at H-mart, a Korean supermarket, gave me an insight of how fortunate I am. Every time after cooking samples for hours, all of the workers and I sat together during lunch breaks. We talked about random subjects from food to problems, but mostly about college.
One told me how she wanted to go for fine arts, but was forced to do pharmacy instead. Another told me how he wanted to study music, but his parents were against it. When they asked me, I told them that I wanted to go to an art school to become a graphic designer. They were astonished and told me that I was "really lucky."
I got a knack for art, parents who care, and a dream to become a graphic designer. That summer, I did not just cook samples and socialize. I realized that I am "really lucky"; Lucky to be reaching for a dream with my talent and for being able to eventually make money from doing what I love.

Looks good I think! Maybe some grammar stuff?
