i applied to uf for summer B term. i am a dual enrollment student that will graduate with an A.A. degree. what do i do??? its been two weeks and i havent heard anything.

you applied two weeks ago?

I applied back in sept. i’m super worried.

oh wow. that’s weird.
i would call them.

i already did… they just said that they have sent my aplication to the college of nursing and then they will make a decision. i was suppose to know on fed 12 like everyone else.

I earned my AA and was notified on the 12th.

Did you submit a freshman application? or a transfer app?

From what I have heard (and I could be wrong) when you apply as a dual enrollment student you have two chances for admission. First your application is looked at as a freshman and you would be notified on Feb 12 if accepted. If not, it is sent to your “school” and is looked at as a Junior by the school. Then you would be notified like all transfers. Good Luck!

Does anyone know if I one is required to bring their dual enrollment transcripts to Preview/Orientation? I’m pretty sure it’s recommended.

^I think so.

you think it is mandatory? ^

No, i think is recommended. What is the point of studying for many years at a college and not using those credits?

Not mandatory, but a really good idea. If you have them at preview, your incompetent preview staffer can ignore them and put you in remedial chemistry, but you can fix that yourself (Haha, I hated preview so much, thus the spite)

But anyway knowing what credits you have knocked out will be very helpful in selecting what classes you need to take in order to be well ahead of track for your major.
