So, here's the story. I'm applying to a LAC that, since I'm a non-native speaker, requires me to send one of these tests: TOEFL, or SAT I, or SAT II. I got 105 on the TOEFL, which is decent. On my SAT though...I got 520 on the Critical Reading, 480 on the Math and 670 on the Writing. Because my SAT score is so low and not good enough for that school, I just wanna them to use the TOEFL to evaluate my application (which they have received already: everything is complete). BUT on the Additional Info section I said that I would send my SAT scores as soon as they were available. Is it a really bad idea if I call them and say I will not be sending them (I have to let them know because when they read on my application that, and they don't have my SAT scores, they will put it on hold, right?)? Will they get such a bad impression of me that it might severely lower my chances? Should I risk doing this so they don't see my Math score?

There’s no obvious answer, but since the SAT was optional, they shouldn’t hold it against if you tell them you’ve decided not to use SAT and are just calling to let them know. No explanation needed.
