My d got Sunset Village-Triple. Is it possible to appeal for a double? Thanks.

damnit i just got the same thing with a shared bathroom. Can anyone tell me how this will be? Also, will the shared bathroom be btwn a floor or just btwn the three occupants? thanks

Shared bathrooms are between the two rooms, which kind of sucks when it is triple occupancy per room..

You can try to appeal for a double (I don't specifically know how, but search around the housing site), but assuming your daughter is an incoming freshman, the chances of it being granted are extremely low.

Yeah.. I agree with inflatablecheez. I'm pretty certain that it'll be nearly impossible to appeal for a double... I heard that many more students SIRed this year than expected which means even less room in on-campus housing...

Yeah if she wants to stay in the same building and wants to appeal for a double, chances are basically zero. If she puts in an appeal for a double in other buildings, chances go up to "maybe possible" haha.

Icarus, how about the chances for a double in Hedrick Summit?

I hope the triples in Sunset Village is fun :)

well, heres how the change of assignment request works. You put a check next to the type of room you're willing to switch into. So you would check "Double room" and then check all the buildings you'd be willing to get a double in. So the more buildings you check on that form, the better your chances for a change are.

rieber terrace looks nice
