Plz help me today quick. Orientation tmrw!

So i was wondering, at orientation, do we pick the teachers for the class, or just the class?

Also if there is anything that you guys wanna tell me let me know, if you went to orientation and its something i should bring/watchout for/ do different

You look through the fall schedule booklet they give you, then write down the CRN number for the courses you want to take (the schedule will also list who is teaching what class, though some classes, such as Math 21B, mention “STAFF”, so it’s unknown who will teach the class until the school year begins). Your orientation leader will check to see if they’re still open. If they’re open, when your registration pass time comes, you will enter in the CRN number for the course you want.

Don’t forget a pen and paper. I forgot both and it was extremely inconvenient.

you will pick your classes along with that, your professors. as mentioned above if you choose a class and it says “the staff” you won’t know who the professor is just yet.

prior to my transfer orientation I looked through the open course list and took down the CRN’s of classes I wanted. I found this to be pretty helpful for schedule planning.
good luck! and have fun tomorrow.
