Political Science at UMass Amherst vs. CU Boulder?

I'm stuck between what I believe are two great options and I have to choose one before the May 1st deadline! I'm an international student hoping to major in Political Science. I was accepted in both CU Boulder and UMass Amherst, where I was offered a scolarship though I can afford full tuition. I was waitlisted at U of Richmond, Connecticut College and Hamilton College.

I'm very focused on my studies and plan to study abroad at some point. I would like to live at a campus with traditional buildings, nothing too modern, and with a great location. Which one is a better option? What are their pros and cons? Please help!

i don’t know, but i’d appreciate any info you get on poly sci at umass amherst. i’m currently caught between ucsb and and umass. i know that ucsb, though a great school, doesn’t have a strong poly sci dept. is that pretty much the case with umass?

I am no expert or anything.
But I also want to be a political science major.
And while I do not kknow UMass Amherst poli sci department.
I know that CU Boulder has one of the top poli sci departments in the nation.

Furthermore, the fact that it is located in close proximity to Denver
(the capital of Colorado) gives you good oppurtunities in internships and meeting people that can help you get involved in international politics.

I personally have CU Boulder as one of my top choices.

I have a question, what GPA, SAT, ACT etc. did you need to get into CU Boulder?
I want to know if I am in the ball park.

Although chances are it is different with you cause you are international.
I am assuming that makes it easier cause you bring diversity and schools like to claim they have diversity? just an assumption though.
