<p>Heck, I’m only a rising junior and I’m already worried about all this stuff…</p>

<p>10-13 or 14-16, depending on how many essays I can finish. And I agree too, penguinboy and kiterunner. It seems like waitlisting is getting much more common now, which makes me nervous… it’s also nice to be able to compare financial aid packages.</p>

<p>Yeah, aplomb! Especially with how admission to the top-tier schools seems arbitrary in certain instances. I feel qualified, but to be frank, some of the reject/waitlist stories on CC scare me. . .</p>
<p>Yeah, in addition, you have to factor in the fact that around 15k+ kids apply to those top tier institutions…often, closer to 20k apply!</p>

<p>I actually don’t want it to be second semester. I don’t think I will be able to handle the wait. Plus, I’ll be in the hallways crying because we are almost done. Haha. High school has stripped me of my sanity.</p>
