Pop Culture of our childhoods

Did anyone read Geronimo Stilton? The books about the mouse?

They’re commonly popular now, but, I remember those were the stuff when I first started learning to read, especially the way the font was.

I remember Geronimo Stilton

Pass the Plate on Disney Channel and Disney 411…haaha LOVED THOSE

^ ha, I remember those books.

Even Stevens and Boy Meets World reruns for days. Ned’s Declassified and That’s So Raven were also a pretty big deal for me too.

WonderBall - chocolate on the outside, candy on the inside :)

^^^I don’t remember that haha

I never got a Wonderball. I feel sort of cheated.

Baby-Sitter’s Club, Magic Tree House, Bailey Street Kids, Dear America, Royal Diaries, Nancy Drew, Trixie Belden, Harry Potter, The Series of Unfortunate Events…we had some good series as kids.

What? Best candy of the 90s. Okay, I’ve dated myself, lol. xD

Wonder balls were awesome. (but they aren’t from the 90s. They started in 99.) I only had a couple.

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? is what I attribute my current knowledge of foreign affairs to.

I used to love Wonderballs! I remember how the box depicted the three different candies that might be inside, but I would always end up with the sweettart ones. Bubble-Yum gum in cotton candy flavor was a favorite, too. It came in a wrapper with a duck with a nose piercing on it, and you could feel the sugar as you chewed it… And what about those nasty tubes of squeezable flavored gel at the movies? I think they still exist: what are they called…?

^You’re not referring to go-gurt, are you? haha

^ Hahaha, no. I can’t remember what it’s called. I could easily look it up, but I don’t really have the motivation to do so.
