<p>What kind of dorm would you guys say this is? I know it’s an honors dorm, but does it have a lot of partying? Is it relatively clean?</p>
<p>It's pretty quiet and very clean.</p>
<p>Would you say it's pretty close-knit? Or do most of the people spend their time outside of the dorm?</p>
<p>All of the honors dorms on classes are pretty close-knit.</p>
<p>Yavapi is the closet knit of them all, because they have more centralized common areas.</p>
<p>This is what I've heard and seen from visiting the school, talking to students, going on tours, ect.</p>
