Possibility of being admitted 2nd time around

SO!
I attempted to transfer to Tech after two years in my previous college. To my dismay, I was denied. Anywho, I plan on attempting once again after one more year.
Currently, my gpa is a dismal 3.17 cumulative and 3.0 math and science.
With the year coming up, I plan on taking my classes by the horn and attempting to make all A's so that I can feel confident in myself and confident that Tech sees that I really want to be there.
So what I'm really here for is:

A) Will the school, seeing I have more than enough credit to be accessed, go ahead and review my transcript even though I would prefer them to look at the entire year? If so, is there a way possible to get them to hold on and let me increase my chances a little more?

B) I'm transferring to another college (closer to home) and they are going to wipe away my gpa and start anew. If I manage to do the whole get all A's thing, will Tech hold my heavily accountable for my past gpa/grades or at least fairly weigh my new gpa at the new school?

C) As a computer science major, what's the ideal gpa for transferring?

D) I'm seeing the relatively new major, Computational Media, not getting too much attention. Could I try to sneak my way into the school with this major? From the looks of it, it's everything I want to do in my career (movies, tv, etc). But ... I'm not too sure of the job prospects. BUT seeing the location of Ga Tech being in the center of Atlanta where big name tv business all around, would that help my cause? Or should I just aim for computer science?

I think that's it... I hope someone can help. Thanks for you time of reading and answering (Y)

Honestly I think that you need to look at RETP and make sure the college you transfer to offers it otherwise looking at the stats of the current transfers it’s going to be an uphill battle.

I agree with MichiganGeorgia you should definitely look into RETP or Tag programs. The competitive GPA average for transfers is a 3.7. How is it possible to wipe your GPA clean? When you apply to Tech they require all college transcripts and if not provided you’ll be denied.

There isn’t a retp or tag program here.
It doesn’t matter anymore now.
