Postmarked january !????

<p>One of the special programs that I'm applying to needed forms to be mailed and postmarked by January 1st. I asked my dad to drop them off Monday morning and today I found them in the kitchen!</p>

<p>Do you think I should use express mail? It'd be $16.</p>

<p>Or should I just wait until January 2nd to drop it off at the post office?</p>
