<p>Can somebody tell me if my stats are in line with recent Michigan early decision admits I will be applying to UofM in the coming fall.</p>

SAT - 2150
8 APs between Sophomore and Senior years</p>

<p>For the record, Michigan has EA, not ED. Is your GPA weighed or unweighed? If unweighed, you are in line with recent admits. But there was a 20% increase in EA applicants in 2011 and a 16% increase in EA applicants this year. Another similar increase next year will lower the admit rate to well below 30%, making Michigan more unpredictable than in years past. So while many admits have similar stats your yours, many deferred applicants also had similar stats. You should manage your expectations.</p>
<p>Thanks. the GPA is weighted & my un-weighted will be in the 3.85-3.9 range. appreciate your responses. Will be sending my application in Sept to avail the EA option.</p>
