I'm going to be a high school senior in the fall and signed up to take pre cal as my math class. I took algebra 2 as a junior and it was easy for me, but I couldn't tolerate my teacher. I recently found out that The teacher who usually teaches pre cal isn't going to teach it this year(my algebra 2 teacher is) which sucks because he's apparently the
best math teacher in the school. So should I take pre cal or take take AP stat? Which one do colleges like more? Which one is better for college prep?

it really depends. colleges like to see that you challenged yourself with ap’s, but they also want to see a strong foundation for calc, since that’s most likely what math you’ll have to take in college. if you have numerous ap’s already and feel better prepared w/precalc, do that. but if you’re unable to tolerate your teacher and/or want a challenge, go for stat
