Pre-Med UCSD or UCLA

I plan on going premed at one of these schools, but i have no idea which one to choose. I plan to double major in psychology and biology. I got into both UCLA and UCSD (Revelle, i know worst GE's but best for pre-med). Which college would be my best choice?

Either is fine for pre-med and both will offer lots of opportunities. Go with the school where you feel most comfortable. Don't try to over-analyze. Trust your gut instinct on this one.

virtually same situation. I think it comes down to what school fits you best in terms of location, environment, etc.

I stayed three weeks in san diego (summer program) last summer, and it was awesome. Campus was beautiful, location was perfect, awesome bio program. But, Im concerned about what i have heard about the social life. Friends have told me that guys love to sit in their dorms and plays computer games all day (used to do this my soph year, but ive grown out of it).

UCLA sounds great socially, but im not much of a city person, i prefer a mellow/coastal locale. And UCLA also has a name for itself, people confuse ucsd and sdsu frequently.
I got some serious thinking to do in the next few weeks.

hey dpatel i think UCSD has an awesome bio program and even though Revelle is tough w/ its GEs its fine b/c med schools like students who took many units etc. I also heard UCSD is also socially boring, but I am gonna check it out soon to see what it's like. I wanna go Pre-Med and double major in bio and economics/mathematics. Are you taking Bio or Human bio?
