<p>How important are they? I ask this because I'll be switching my major from journalism to business. And I'm going to be a class or two short. How much will this hurt me. I have pretty good stats and good ECs/good HS awards (lack of college awards outside of generic Dean's List).</p>
<p>There are many factors to consider..the major, the reasons why you haven't done the pre-reqs, is your major impacted, do you have some redeeming qualities as to why they should accept you in lieu of not having the pre-reqs?</p>
