Presidential Scholarship

I know that to be considered for it, you need to be in the Top 5% of your class and have a Math/Verbal score of 1500+.

But, do they consider ACT scores as well? and what does the score need to be, because I'm wondering if i should take the ACT as well.

so, is anyone going to respond? =]

presed: yes, they consider ACT scores as well. I do not know the score but it used to be posted on the website with the other rqts.

There may be an older thread that talks about the scholarships - I remember reading about someone with SAT scores less than 1500 who received the presidential scholarship - if you read the mail carefully, it also indicated that they took the ACT - I assumed that the ACT grades qualified them for the presidential.

I was told by a Rutgers Official that they will be doing the scholarship consideration thing differently this year, meaning they will take into account other factors and not only Rank and SAT or ACT Scores.

I think the ACT req is a 34.

The scholarship info isnt on their website anymore, I think it’s literally first come first serve.
A lot of funding got cut so they cant give everyone merit based scholarships anymore ):
