Primary Business Major vs. Additional Business Major?

I'm applying to Carnegie Mellon this year and Tepper is my top choice. In case I get rejected from Tepper ED however, I'm planning to apply to MCS and DC for RD.

I've been looking at the additional major in business and I wanted to know how it differs from a primary major business major. So far, it seems like the only difference between primary/secondary majors is that secondary majors can't specialize in a track (and thus take fewer electives). Are there any other significant differences? Can secondary majors use the Tepper career consultant and/or get access to the same recruiting opportunities?
