So the EA results are out. Time for us RDers to worry and speculate.
I would like to begin with-
1. How are your apps?
2. Is Princeton your first choice?
3. How much have you worked on your essays? Mine suck :(

My app to Princeton was decent. Straightforward, nothing too fancy.

I would definitely go to Princeton because of their good fin aid and prestige if I got in. Realistically, I have another top school that I am viewing as my top choice.

I worked on them for 4-5 hours. They were okay.

It was cute and quirky! I tend to like to give my own sparkle to things ;)

I’m not entirely sure! I love the campus and the programs and the senior thesis, but in the end, I won’t get my heart set on any college until after I’ve heard back from all of my options! However, if I get in, I would feel obligated to honor that miracle!

I worked really hard on them, I think they were pretty good and really went along with the rest of my app! My philosophy is really go big, or go home and I represented myself as such.

I think all and all, even if I’m not accepted, they will get a very good laugh out of my application! :)

App was fine, liked the hodge-podge section, I wish the essay would have given us more creative license to write about whatever we wanted, instead of prompting us to talk about when our values changed

Meh.

Somewhat polished (but it was the first essay I wrote for colleges aside from the commonapp, so my subsequent essays for others were better), wish I chose a different experience
