***PRINCETON UNIVERSITY R.D. DISCUSSION CLASS OF 2019***

http://www.princeton.edu/pub/profile/admission/undergraduate/

It’s already showing an admission rate for the 2014-15 school year, as well as an undergraduate approximate enrollment. I guess they’ve basically made all their decisions?

I believe the 2014-15 stats are for class of 2018. Not current applicants. Look at # of total applicants in top and lower charts. They match for class of 2018.

@2015gef, no, it is showing 2014-2015 year. Admission for Fall 2015 is year 2015-2016.

Haha okay. I’m too nervous I can’t think straight.

They know the admissions rate b/c they have the denominator and numerator.

rate = offered slots/ applications

My friend received an academic/achievement likely letter from the UA office- I think it was a physical letter. The funny thing is that she actually called them back and said she didn’t want it-- she meant to rescind her application earlier, and apparently they didn’t get the message. Believe it or not, she did it because she knew I was applying and she didn’t want to step on my toes or get in my way of getting in. She truly has a heart of gold (and likely’s from Columbia, Penn, and a phoned in acceptance from Brown :wink: ). She’s pretty awesome.

@nolasaxman‌ ahww, that’s really so sweet of her! :slight_smile:

Everyone get the e-mail about when decisions will be released?

I have not yet received an email.

All Ivies have a notification date of 31st March 5PM EDT :slight_smile:

yes, but did anyone else receive the email from princeton about it today?

@2015gef Just received it.

That’s weird. I didn’t get the email.

They send them in batches, I imagine. 30,000 emails is a lot at one time.

so definitely the 31st. 11 more days. Leggo

Got the email

Got it this morning! It’s crazy and surreal- everything’s coming to an end!

Still no email. Weird.

Still no email over here. Do they send the emails out to the accepted first?

Man am I paranoid?

@Hawkace‌ I wouldn’t worry about it too much - I think they might send them out in waves. For example, I got an email from Duke awhile back about when decisions would be released, while my friend just got one yesterday
