<p>I think that Morrill is the only dorm that has a computer lab, but printing costs $.10 a sheet. There are lots of computer labs around campus, but printing costs $.10 a sheet. Students get a $5 credit for printing at certain computer labs each quarter, so that's 50 free sheets of paper, which isn't enough for most people.</p>
<p>Certain colleges give give their students printing quotas. The students admitted in the College of Business have 500 sheets of printing; engineering students have like 1000.</p>
<p>Many students I know brought their own printers, mostly because printers came free with their laptops through the various Summer promotions.</p>
<p>I think it's really handy to have a printer available in your dorm room. However, as an engineering student, I do the vast majority of my printing from a computer lab, for free.</p>
