Pros and Cons to living on Douglass (DRC) as a computer science major?

I just came back from the Rutgers Open House 2014 and There were two things that I learned:
1. There's a residential hall on DRC called the Bunting-Cobb residence hall that provides some really good resources for female STEM majors
2. Compsci is considered a STEM major
3. Compsci classes are usually on Busch campus
4. Busch is on the other side of campus from Douglass

So since I'm planning on majoring in computer science at Rutgers, would it be a horrible idea to room on Douglass? What are some pros and cons for my situation?

D, a STEM double major in SEBS and spent two years in B-C and made really good friends and it really worked for her. There is another Douglas dorm in the Engineering School, but I’m not sure if that would work for you. Douglas has lots of extra funds to support their STEM majors, and my D picked up extra scholarship money from Douglas, and this was in addition to funds from RU, and from SEBs. For her it was a good experience. Good luck.s

I signed up for bunting-cobb anyway just because I figured I could have all my introductory first year classes at douglass and going all the way to busch for compsci classes in the afternoon would be fine. thanks!

Does anyone know if Bunting-Cobb is on a first come first serve basis, i.e. in the order of signing up? Or they have other criteria to decide who will get in? Thanks.
