I'm thinking of choosing a major that's considered "credit intensive"...either geological or marine sciences. Would it be too much if I were to join DRC as well? I'm also in the honors program so I have a few other requirements, too. I am interested in DRC and I do know that it would a great experience, but I also don't want a schedule that's constricted. I hope that made sense lol. I need advice, please...

Have you considered the Bunting-Cobb residential hall on Douglas? It’s only for women with STEM majors and is centrally located on the Cook-Douglas campus, near academic buildings and the dining hall. My daughter will also be in SEBS Honors as a freshman next year and after visiting that dorm, decided it was for her. The bathrooms are much nicer than Voorhees or Perry on Cook and they offer tutoring at night. We toured in March with a friend just finished freshman year and a B-C resident, who convinced her it’s worth it.
