Hello

In my provision of admission it says “Please submit an official college transcript to satisfy the following A-G requirement (the specific college and requirement is listed below):
MOUNT SAN JACINTO: HIST 111, ENGL 101”

I have never attended this college before nor have I taken the listed courses.

@Vandad Try emailing the college first to explain to them your situation. If they don’t respond back in 3-5 business days, then call the admissions office.

I would call admissions immediately since it looks like they have you confused with a transfer student or that you took DE courses since these are CC courses they are asking about in this email.

@Gumbymom Are they telling me to take these classes or they got me confused with another person? I called my admission counselor today and she won’t return until the 15th. Their admission email isn’t responding either. What should I do?

  1. Did you take any classes at that community college?
  2. Did you meet all the a-g course requirements which includes 4 years English and a US History class?
  3. Did you take any Dual Enrollment classes?
  4. Did you list this school and courses on your UC Application by mistake?

If no to all these questions, I would call UCR on Friday and get this straightened out. It seems they are under the impression that you took these course as MSJC and want a final transcript.

I would call admissions on Friday and find out what they are asking. To me it looks like they have you confused with another applicant.
