i just wanna forget about it until december
i’ll only really be upset it i don’t get commended. but if i don’t get SF, i’ll live.

What was error for the archeologist from Egypt discovering a tomb thing?

Hahaha, also I put A (can only) for the tennis player one, because it just made no sense to me at the time. I must’ve thought “only” didn’t fit in the sentence or something.

“On the 1st math section, #20 with the soft drinks and popcorn containers, I got Month 3. Anyone else get anything different?”

I got 3 but all that I’ve heard is that it is 4.

did you guys leave any blank? i don’t think i left any blank, but looking back i probably should have skipped a few.

I got month 3, but I could be wrong.

I think I got 4 :P

They would have to lower the cutoff scores for this year by A LOT. I know a lot of people who scored in the 210-230s last year (sophomore year, I had 216) who thought the critical reading was a ton harder than it was last year. Math was easy - probably 2 or 3 stupid mistakes, but idk. Writing - again another 2-3 mistakes.

I got 5 for that because that had the huge amount of popcorn.

I put no error, but I’m not sure.
It’s 4. Bottom line plummeted, top line kept increasing. The difference of that difference and the difference before it was the largest.

for the ensure vs insure thing, I found this:
assure/ensure/insure

Okay, I just made an account so I could share this info. The second part of aggravated was buttressed. My answers for the math grid-ins were:
0.35
30 2^5 - 2^1
8 (2/3)12
42 (or 29)
315 (rectangle length problem)
5/3 (20/3 - 5)
41 (20+21)
9.1 (2/3)9.5+(1/3)8.3
6760 (2626*10)
640 (4cbrt10)^3
These may only be useful if you, like me, saved your answers on your calculator.

Those look about right.

lets talk about the math mc. I think i got 15 and 17 worng! :(

I think i misread. I had it as biggest increase between number 3 and 4 and so I assumed that that was month 3 but apparently in-between 3 and 4 meant 4…I do not know

I recognize and can confirm all of those, except for the 42 (29) one. What problem was that?

Agreed with all of those answers.

Anyone speculating on the curve yet? I’ve been going by the one in the practice psat book they gave us in school, but I don’t know if it will be different or not…

I chose minimized though, not aggravated/buttressed. Also, the month question was definitely 4. It referred to the “change from the previous month”.

It would have been ‘better’ if there were two and only two clear choices, but because we don’t know what else she did, it’s correct to use either ‘better’ or ‘best’. ‘better’ would be used to emphasize that you were comparing the two things mentioned, and ‘best’ would be used to emphasize that you’re comparing one thing to all other things, but either is acceptable.
