@2nerdyforu
You got them and are from AZ?!! Ah I want to know so badly… Wish our counselor a would hurry up. Congrats on your scores everyone!

DS in Illinois Wednesday test
Overall 214 (right on the bubble!)
CR 68 Missed 6
Mathematics 69 Missed 3
Writing 77 Missed 1

224 in GA (71 CR (missed 4), 76 M (missed 1), 77 W (missed one))

Got mine in VA yesterday. 240. (However, the school won’t give out reports to the general student body until the 19th.)

I get mine on Wednesday (Central Florida).

240 in New York. Missed one Critical Reading, so I feel incredibly fortunate that the curve worked out in my favour. Good job everyone, and best of luck with National Merit!

Good job, downhill! I hope I can be another 240 in New York. :O

DD scored 215 (Wednesday test in Oklahoma).
70-CR(missed 5)72-Writing(missed 2)
73-Math(missed 2)
Cutoff score last year was 206 so we’re hopeful that score won’t jump beyond 215 and she’ll make NMSF.
Congrats everyone on all the great scores.

For the people that took Saturday was the swim coach question no error? This could be important because writing is ridiculous, or so it seems.

I am really disappointed with my score 189 from RI but I still got in the 93rd percentile what is the cutoff just to qualify for the national merit program?

Yes, does anyone know the answer to Saturday’s writing swim coach question??

I got mine December 8 in Mississippi. 226!

STILL no scores in NC, but this is typical for here. Sigh. I got a 196 last year as a sophomore, but then a 2140 on the SAT. Praying for a huge jump this time around since the cutoff is 213!

@neurologist Ah, same problem! Biting my nails in anticipation of getting our scores this week!

221 in Missouri…
Expected better but the curve was tough and missed two easy questions!

76 math
73 CR
72 writing

Do schools see this score or just the NMSQT honor?

Does it seem like the cutoff would be higher or lower this year compared to previous years? I’ve heard that this year’s PSAT was a bit harder than usual. Is that true?

I know kids from Hamden Hall (it’s in CT) got their scores back. My school hasn’t yet though, but we’re always a bit delayed

Isn’t is true that they difficulty of the test has nothing to do with the NMS cutoff? I feel College Board compensates for test difficulty by the raw score to scaled score conversion scales. Perhaps I’m wrong, though…
Also, I think most people agree that this year’s PSAT was fairly easy overall, which is why the curves were so harsh.

Finally got my son’s scores today.
235 as a sophomore in Illinois

waiting in Mississippi
