Does anyone know the formula for coming up with an Index score? Daughter was in 99th percentile for all three subjects. She had one incorrect answer in reading, two in writing, and five in math. Was trying to figure out what her score would be when all of a sudden her scores disappeared.
@mnpapa29 there is actually a formula chart online that you can find on the CB website
I logged out, cleaned out my cache, and went back in, and they’re still not there, so I’m guessing there was a boo boo.
FWIW, the scores I saw should make older D happy. I didn’t get a chance to look at younger D’s before they all poofed. But younger D’s a sophomore, so no worries for us.
So funny. I was signing my freshman daughter up for a College Board account so she could view her scores in a few days and when I was finished her PSAT results were up. I checked my junior son’s and there they were! Like everybody else now gone. 1440 with a selection index of 216. Last year I would have been very excited about a 216 because I believe that is one point higher than it has ever been in our state but I just don’t know with the new test…

Ahh man I missed the glitch lol. I checked, and as you guys said, only my sophomore scores are up :/.

OK I’m a bit late to the game here . . if you did NOT have a previous score (i.e. just set up the account this year) did you see your scores? Or was it just people who had accounts and scores from years past?
@glassflowers Haha I checked this thread at 2:20 and 3:30. Why am I subject to this horrible fate? I can’t sleep now, plus my counselor is being mean and won’t give me my scores tomorrow.
Not really fair that we had to take a new PSAT…I would have destroyed the old one. This was such a curve-ball, and there was only 1 practice test.

@Mamelot, I saw my D’s score today. She is a sophomore and this was her first psat. She did set up a college board account several months ago, though, as she took a subject test last June.
@camelot39 Now we have to wait 2 days… sniff oh well at least we’ll have this thread to entertain us… SO FRUSTRATED.
@ShrimpBurrito thanks. D3 can’t log-in to QuickStart because she “hasn’t taken any College Board assessments.” She definitely needs her Access code. Let’s just hope it arrives on Thurs.
Did anybody who saw their scores get the TASP email as well? If so, what scores did you/your child get?
Our first PSAT here, but I thought you needed the access code they were to provide via email? Maybe that’s just if you haven’t already set up an account, or your account is set up under another email address than the one given when the test was taken?
