Purdue Frat Stereotypes

I'm probably going to Purdue next year (BOILER UP!) and i'm thinking about getting into greek life. What are the different frats known for? Which ones are dominant on campus? Which ones have the best parties? etc.
BTW, my grandfather was a SigEp at Auburn back in the 1940s. What are they like?

post this on greekchat.com

Rush SigEp

Choose a house based on the brothers not the social factor. Most houses require you to live in the chapter house for a year or two so keep that in mind. If you have a bad relationship with the brothers then you probably will end up leaving the fraternity. Be yourself during rush and see if you get along well with the brothers. I’m sure other people who are in fraternities will agree with me that the brothers are more important than the parties. Rush is pretty big at Purdue so yeah…
