Hello,

Well, first I wanna say, I don't want to major in psychology because I think its an incomplete science, and philosophy approaches problem solving with more breadth making it more valuable to me. I just like philosophy more than psych as well.

I wanted a second opinion.. An academic advisor told me I could major in philosophy and minor in psych, then get my masters in psychology to become a clinical psychologist... and just maybe one day get my PhD in psych. Would this work, could i become a clinical psychologist with a major in philosophy and only a minor in psych? If not, why? Or is this a bad idea?

Thanks
