Q About SDSU Admissions

"You will be admitted if you meet SDSU's competitive eligibility index criteria for applicants outside of SDSU's service area. For fall 2006, the average eligibility index of admitted freshmen who met the selective criteria was 4,010 (967 if based on ACT). The average high school grade point average was 3.61. The average SAT Reasoning Test total score was 1,125; the average ACT composite score was 24. The eligibility index for fall 2007 may be higher."

This is from their website...

If my eligibility index is above their average will I be admitted for sure? Bc it kind of sounds like it does.

Has anyone been rejected from SDSU with an index above their average?

This is my only safety school, so I want to make sure this a sure thing.

SDSU isn't a very competitive school in general, so chances of admission are pretty good stats nontheless.
