<p>In cas eof Cornell, there's this button says "I'd like to be considered for HEOP or EOP", but NYU doesn't</p>
<p>So I just gotta send in the application, then they look at my income and stuff and consider me for HEOP?</p>
<p>Yup, that is what they say they do. </p>
<p>What I did though was - On the top of the additional information paper, I put "Please consider me for the Authur O. Eve Higher Education Program"</p>

<p>I am hispanic but HEOP does have white,asians ect.. also. As long as you have a low-income you are eligible.</p>
<p>you are considered for HEOP automatically if you live in NYS, meet income criteria for HEOP or in the case for CSTEP a science/tech concentration. You do not have to apply separately.</p>
