<p>Another thought I had was that they sent them to the students that weren’t selected as finalists so as to encourage them to apply (mwuah-ha-ha, no offense to the people who received the email, who knows what it really means?).</p>
<p>My stats are what I’d like to call… nonexistent? I didn’t have any tests to report except for APs so… Yeeahhh. :-(</p>
<p>With the way QuestBridge had us report finances, my household income was just below $30,000 for a family of 3; I’m a white female; my GPA is a 3.66; I have relatively average extra-curricular activities; my essays and recommendations were above average (at least I’d like to think so). </p>
<p>Personally, I doubt I have a snowball’s chance in hell, but stranger things have happened, right?</p>
<p>^ that’s a rather depressing twist you put on the email there… I hope that isn’t what it means, but I can certainly see what you mean by it. 
The language of the email can be interpreted either way…</p>

<p>Yeah, I got the email saying it was an error. I thought that was weird since I didn’t even rank Carleton ! Either way, good luck to all;) Uhhh, I’m in central time zone so if they decide to release it at convenient time for pacific then I’ll be waiting a while;(</p>

<p>The Questbridge headquarters is in California. So I’m pretty sure that they’ll post notifications of finalist by the end of October 22 California time.</p>
