<p>On the CommonApp form, there's a section "To the Applicant" and "To the Instructor". Do I need to fill in the "To the Applicant" part (signature and date) and then give the rest to my instructor to fill in?</p>
<p>My instructor lives overseas, so I sent him a digital copy of the pdf form, so the form is lacking my signature and date. Is that OK? Or would it be better to sign it and send it to my professor? I don't care of my letter of my recommendation is not released.</p>
