For example, the deadline for some schools for RD is December 1. However, my first semester ends the second week of January. How will they receive my transcript?</p>

<p>Your school sends a document called a mid-year report after first-semester grades are in. The mid-year report basically verifies that you continued enrollment in the classes you listed in your original application and reports your grades from the fall.</p>
<p>Ok, so are these grades taken into consideration as well in the process? or do they only look at the ones from 9-11?</p>
