<p>Had anyone or had anyone hear ppl got rescinded because the UC did not received their IGETC certification? i had requested my IGETC to UCLA but UCLA still havnt received my IGETC yet.... So... i m lito bit freak out.. especially UCs are sending the admission cancellation letters out.. Any comment are appreciated, thank you</p>
<p>My first suggestion would be to call them and ask if it could rescind you. Davis didn’t get my IGETC or it’s somewhere when I called them and asked if they got it yet due to my schools historic reputation of not getting things where they are supposed to go. However, it doesn’t have any impact on my admission they just need it before I graduate. Again, I don’t know UCLA’s policy on this but, just call and you’re probably fine.</p>
<p>yea, i had spoke to the admission officer couple time before but they did not gave me a concrete answer. With this ambiguity, i dont want to risk my admission to UCLA. Do you konw UCLA take our copy of IGETC Certification but its open seal? it didnt say anything on the letter like “unofficial if open seal”</p>
<p>My IGETC didn’t arrive on time either. I contacted both Cal and my community college about the issue. Within 3 days they reissued an IGETC and Cal received it within a week. All that happened was my registration was “blocked.” Basically, if it wasn’t remedied by the start of classes then I wasn’t officially registered, not rescinded. </p>
<p>In my email to the admission officer I asked him to review my official transcripts to see that I had indeed completed the IGETC and told him I would have the certification to him ASAP.</p>
