if i answer and submit the short answer questions, will it higher my chance of admission?
and if i do, how will they link the answers to those questions to my application?

Unless your stats (SAT and GPA) are enough to gain admission (that is, much higher than average), it would help to answer the short essays. They can link your answers to your application if you complete the fields as requested in the link. Good luck!
Yes. Answering the essays is necessary for a chance at scholarships and Honors college, and in all cases it helps you get in.
