Question about Required Transfer Documents

<p>I could have sworn that I read somewhere that a college report is required with my college transcripts, like the secondary school report is with those transcripts, but now I can't find anything indicating this. I have asked both colleges I have attended and neither of them have ever heard of such a thing, apparently.</p>

<p>Anybody have any idea? I apologize if this is stupid question; applying to Penn was sort of a last minute decision and I'm stressing a little bit.</p>

<p>If you transfer, wherever you go, you need a college official report. It says you are in good standing, no disciplinary records, etc</p>

<p>I know that part, but I thought there was supposed to be something else that I sent in with the transcript. Not about me personally, but about the school (how many students, what kinds of classes are offered, average GPA, etc.). Did I totally imagine that?</p>
