Question about Spring Admission, regarding the major.

I applied for an engineering major, and was accepted as a spring admit. On the paper, it says that I've been accepted as an undecided major. Assuming that this is standard procedure, do I just "switch" my major as soon as I get there to the engineering major of my choice?

Also, do I just take core classes at community college during the fall semester and have them transfer over for my spring semester?

I believe you are correct, I applied into Marshall for business and am in the same boat…

And yeah, If I decide on USC, I will save some dough and go to cc for some ge’s

One more thing, I heard you can “appeal” your spring admission for a fall admission. How do I go about doing this?

I am curious about appealing spring for fall as well.

I think you write a letter to admissions with reasons why you feel that you should be in the first group (fall admits). I am not totally sure. You should check in with the school, I am sure they would tell you.
